You can make payment by internet banking (Maybank2u, RHB Now, CIMB Clicks, Ambank online, Pbe) paypal, debit card and credit cards. We hold the money in escrow until the guest checks in.
When do I receive contact info?
Once a reservation is accepted, the e-mail address and phone numbers of both parties will be provided to each of you.
Can I call the other person?
Not until a reservation request is made and accepted.
How do I know if a place is available?
The best way is to ask. If you submit a reservation request and the host is not available, the booking will be expired. We will not charge for expired or declined booking.
How do I get to a host's house?
You should discuss this with the host after the reservation is confirmed.
How do I use my coupon code?
You can add a coupon on the checkout page—the same page where you submit your payment. Enter the coupon code and click Apply.Only one coupon code can be use per reservation. If your coupon code has already expired, there is no way to reactivate it. In addition, we do not honour coupons found off-site.

I have made a booking. What do I do next?
Once you have place an online booking, you will receive confirmation from owner within 24 hours. Full payment is required within 24 hours after confirmation. It is compulsory to give the ipay88 receipt to the host during check in.
Can I get a refund?
We guarantee all listings on our websites. If you are unable to contact the host during check-in, or if the place is not as shown or described in the listing, please contact our support team . Any complaints must be reported to our support team within 24 hours from check in date with solid proof (example: photos).
Can I preview the unit before booking?
We do not allow any previews before payment. If you have any inquiries about the unit, kindly email to our support team together with the url link of the advertisement.
What is the check in / out time?
The standard check in / check out time is 2pm / 12 pm. However, some host may have their own time preference. Do get in touch with the host directly for more information.
I would like to list my space. What do I do next?
Click on "List Your Space" on the top right corner of the homepage. Fill up all the details of the properties. Once all the details are completely listed with a mark, there will be a "list space" button on the bottom left of the page. Click "List Space". Your property will be live within 2 working days. As a StayNest Host, we will handle the promotion, online booking, and payment collection of your property, while you just sit back and wait for guests to place bookings for your unit.
How much is the processing fee for Host?
We charge the host a standard 15% processing fee (lowest in the industry). For example, if you have listed your property for RM100 a night and a guest books for 1 night, you will be earning RM85 for this booking.
How do I get paid?
You will need to collect the Ipay88 receipt from the guest during check-in, please make sure the receipt is for the booking. We release your earnings within 7 working days after the check-in date via a supported Malaysian bank that you provided. Please make sure your payout settings are correctly set up. Finance can only start processing the payment once we have received the IPAY88 receipt.
What if the guest fails to show up?
We guarantee all bookings on our websites. So if the guest fails to show up, or cancels at the last minute, the host will still be able to receive the payment in full. Kindly reach out to our support team for assistance if inconvenience occurs.
How do I cancel my booking?
Please contact the property directly to cancel the booking as soon as possible to avoid any possible penalty imposed by the property.
What if there is a "No Show" or Cancellation?
If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert directly to the host. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the accommodation provider's cancellation policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation policy of the accommodation provider carefully prior to making your reservation. We guarantee all our bookings. All no show will not be refunded unless stated otherwise by the accommodation provider.
How refunds are calculated if the guest makes a cancellation?
The total amount refunded to the guest will depend on the time of the cancellation and the host’s chosen cancellation policy. The refundable amount excludes StayNest service charge of 10%.
